You authorise your bank or building society to make a regular payment to us via Direct Debit
This private arrangement, known as a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) allows us to take regular payments directly from your debit or credit card
To set up a Direct Debit, you only need your bank or building society account number and sort code
To set up a CPA, you only need your 16 digit card number, the CVV (3 digits on the back of the card), and your card expiry date: all of which can be found on the card itself
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society
You can cancel a CPA at any time by contacting your bank, building society, or Yes You Can directly
Direct Debits are free for you! You will only incur fees from your bank or building society and Yes You Can for late or non-payments
CPAs are free for you! You will only incur fees from Yes You Can for late or non-payments
Then nothing! You are all set.
