RENTAL FAQ

Depending on the information that our credit search returns, we may ask you to provide any or all of the following:

  • Proof of Identification
  • Proof of your residential address
  • Proof of your income (be it benefits, salary or other source)
  • Bank statement showing your non-discretionary spend each month (costs you have to pay vs costs that you choose to pay)

This will depend on numerous factors, including the amount of the default, how long ago you defaulted and the circumstances that made it happen

We aim to deliver all of our products to you within a week, but many products can be with you in as little as 48 hours. When you have placed your order, one of our advisors will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

In the event of problem with your product, if it happens within the first year, you are automatically covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty. Thereafter, if you have taken the accidental damage and breakdown cover with Yes You’re Covered, an engineer will either repair or replace the item in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

It is a requirement of rental that the product is covered for accidental damage and breakdown.

Most of our applications are approved or rejected online at the point you apply, however there will be occasions where we need further information to ensure that we are making good, responsible decisions.

If you change your mind before we have delivered the goods, we can cancel the agreement without penalty. Within 14 days of signing the rental agreement, you can cancel without penalty if the goods are returned in perfect condition in the original packaging again without penalty. After 14 days, the rental agreement that you have chosen will continue and the payment schedule will be followed.

If you wish to upgrade during the rental period, you should contact us to discuss your needs. We may, at our discretion, swap the item for a better model and put in place a new agreement reflecting any changes.

Until you make the final payment, we retain title to the goods. If you sell the goods or hand possession of the goods to another party (including pawning the item), you are committing a Criminal Offence and we will involve the police if we find out that this has happened.

This may lead to you being arrested, charged, fined and even imprisoned.

At the end of the agreement there are three options available to you:

  • You may return the rental item to us at your expense
  • You may take out a new Rental Agreement on the product you have, just call and we will give you the reduced weekly/monthly rental fee
  • Should you wish to buy the rental item from us, just call and ask us for a price
